Excellent Plumbing Service – Highly Recommend! I recently used MGP Mechanical for a repair, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional, scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for me. The plumber arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They explained everything clearly and provided a fair estimate before starting any work. The repair was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless when they were finished. It’s hard to find reliable and honest tradespeople, but MGP Mechanical exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing services!

MGP Mechanical to the rescue! A few weeks ago, we called in a plumbing company which had installed a water heater for us in 2023 to inspect our rooftop furnace when it started making a racket. The techs diagnosed it as a bent blower wheel and said they'd try to source a part, but more likely would need to replace it with a package unit that included refrigerated air. Since we got a new Master Cool evaporative cooler just a few years ago, we didn't plan on using refrigerated air, and we were clear we preferred a different solution. A week later we got an estimate for $11k for a package unit with no mention of a repair. A neighbor recommended MGP Mechanical so we gave them a call and they came to diagnose the problem yesterday. They confirmed standalone furnaces are no longer manufactured but inspected the existing furnace and diagnosed it as a faulty MOTOR, due to a worn bearing. They sourced the motor, braved the very cold, blustery wind to install it, and it works beautifully -- we can't even hear when the heat comes on now. Plus owner Gerald and tech Elijah were professional, kind and personable, showing an obvious passion for their craft, and for solving problems that don't necessarily involve complete equipment replacement. And for about $500, the problem was fixed. Five stars to MGP Mechanical. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and mechanical needs!

Fantastic experience with MGP Mechanical. I was given an estimate for an outdoor plumbing job and decided to follow through with the company. Scheduling and communication were seamless, technicians were pleasant, competent, offered options with regards to what could be done and explained why, showed up within the time-frame previously agreed upon and performed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

At the corner of Osuna making a left hand turn onto Jefferson at 8:20am on 10/24/2024. Extremely dangerous reckless road rage full driver insisting on honking and weaving in and out of traffic ultimately culminating in him running the red left hand turn light. I can only surprise he was late to work and chose violating public safely driving protocols in the interest of shaving a few seconds off his day. Unacceptable especially when you are representing your company in a company vehicle. I have the whole incident on dash cam which will be posted to YouTube pretty soon

Replaced my water heater. Good service, up front about the pricing, nice customer service. Carlos was the person who put my water heater in and did a great job!

Kevin Rael was on time and provided a professional installation of a kitchen sink faucet. They were courteous and answered all my questions. The new faucet had great new feature as compared to the old one. I’m happy and pleased MGP Mechanical.

We are new customers of MGP. We got a message about halfway through our two-hour estimated arrival window that our technician was delayed and then another message when he was on his way. We appreciate being kept in the loop. Antonio arrived and was quite professional. He was there to tune-up our furnace and to discuss their annual service agreement (which we signed up for). He was efficient and thorough. The furnace was super-clean when he was finished. He changed our three ceiling filters as well. We look forward to working with MGP twice a year for the annual servicing of our air conditioner and our furnace.
